Each year scholarships are awarded to deserving high school students from the Kirkwood community.
Kirkwood Rotary sponsors each year 3 students from the community to attend the World Affairs Conference in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
Kirkwood Rotary participates in youth exchange programs and frequently hosts students from outside the U.S. to spend a school year with host families.
Each year, the Club sponsors a Career Day at which students from Kirkwood High, Vianney, and Ursuline "shadow" local business and professionals to
learn more about careers of interest to them.
Each year, the Club identifies outstanding teachers from community schools and honors them at a luncheon meeting.
